Classic Pecan Pie Recipe
You’ll need:
Pecans, eggs, corn syrup (or maple syrup), brown sugar, butter, vanilla, pie crust

You’ll need:
4 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese softened, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 cup sour cream, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 4 large eggs (room temperature), 1/4 cup heavy cream
Quick method:
Beat cream cheese until smooth → Add sugar and mix well → Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and heavy cream→ Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed → Pour over cooled crust.
Assembly
You'll need:
Remove cheesecake from pan → Drizzle caramel sauce over top → Drizzle chocolate sauce → Sprinkle toasted pecans generously.

Pecan Pralines Recipe
You’ll need:
Pecans, butter, sugar, brown sugar, cream, vanilla
Quick method:
Boil sugars + cream → stir in pecans → drop spoonfuls onto parchment → cool
You’ll need:
3 ripe bananas mashed, 1/2 cup melted butter ( or cooking oil), 3/4 cup of sugar, 1 large egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 1/12 cups of all-purpose flour, 3/4 cup of chopped pecans.
Quick method:
Preheat oven to 350 F → Grease a loaf pan → In a bowl, mix mashed bananas and melted butter → Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined → Mix in the baking soda and salt → Fold in the flour just until incorporated → Gently fold in chopped pecans → Pour batter into prepared pan → Bake 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean → Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
