harvested 2025 pecans – fresh from this year’s crop.
"2025 Harvest Pecans" One lb Bag of Pecan Halves"
At Paradox Farms, we believe the best pecans aren't just grown; they are engineered by nature and perfected by craft. Here is why our harvest stands above the rest:
Pecan Halves: The "gold standard." These large, beautiful halves are perfect for gifting, holiday baking, or snacking straight from the bag.
Pecan Pieces: Save the prep time! These are pre-chopped and ready to be folded into your favorite cookie dough or brownie batter.
"Paradox" Philosophy
Most farms choose between high-tech efficiency and old-fashioned quality. We choose both. We use advanced soil-health monitoring and precision harvesting to ensure every nut is perfect, yet we still hand-inspect our small-batch yields to maintain the soul of a family-run grove.
